Marketing Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, organizing promotional events, conducting market research, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with advertising and media partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Assist in implementing the annual marketing calendar, including events, promotions, and brand activities.
• Coordinate with business partners and stakeholders for marketing collaborations and promotional initiatives.
• Support brand-building efforts by maintaining marketing materials and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Manage website content updates and assist with social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee visual merchandising activities and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend studies.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media marketing platforms.
• Creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to work on-site and travel for field assignments when necessary.
