Plastic Straw Creasing Operator

Summary of Job Duties

• Grasping skills of creasing / straw manufacturing machine, understand the quality defects, complete the production task based on quality and quantity.

• Active to develop 6S and continues improvement activities as culture of paper straw team.
  

Job Responsibilities

• Grasping skill of run machine and control formula plastic straw after 30 work days training.

• Product comply with quality requirement, if find quality issue, call supervisor in time.

• Complete product volume of current shift.

• Maintain 5S on site.

• After PM training, as Lamipak plan, operators need implement first grade maintenance.

• Fill sheets of daily work and quality inspecting.

• Handover works clearly before finish work.

• Other work assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Knowledge of machine operation (Plastic Straw Extruder Machine)

• Experience with measurement tools.

• Able to work as part of a team.

• Able to read schematic.

• Available for shift work .

• Good communication skill .

• Physical strength and stamina.
