Job Desc:

  • Memastikan SOP telah dijalankan oleh team (OG, Admin, Barista)

  • Dapat melakukan cashflow pembukuan operational harian

  • Problem solving ketika terdapat pertanyaan, komplain, dan kendala dalam menghadapi customer

  • Memastikan kelas berjalan on time dan tanpa kendala

  • Monitor service quality (menanyakan dan follow through feedback dari customer)

  • Consignment dan inventory management

  • Daily inspection (kebersihan kelas, toilet, dll)

  • Secara aktif menjembatani dan melaporkan kendala dan feedback kepada Owners

  • Membuat dan memantau jadwal shift dan kedisiplinan team (OG, Barista, Admin)

  • Payroll absensi pada akhir bulan
