Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pampanga, Central Luzon. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them reach their individual and team goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new prospective clients
• Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting for the region.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support regional sales efforts
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis and using sales reporting tools to drive decision-making
• Familiarity with the region's market and a strong understanding of the packaging or manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
