Kindergarten Home Room Teacher-Teacher Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments aligned with the school curriculum.

• Handle and manage classes effectively while creating a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.

• Support children’s holistic development through creative, student-centered, and inquiry-based learning activities.

• Encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and social-emotional growth in young learners.

• Conduct classroom activities, projects, and interactive learning experiences appropriate for early childhood education.

• Monitor and evaluate student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.

• Work independently with dedication and professionalism while collaborating effectively within a team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PGTK/PAUD), Education, Psychology, or Guidance and Counseling.

• Familiar with National and/or Cambridge Curriculum.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in kindergarten, national, or national-plus schools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Patient, caring, creative, and passionate in teaching young children.

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.

• Computer literate and proficient in using digital tools for teaching and assessment.

• Strong team player and able to work independently.
  

Professional Skills

• Strong classroom and student behavior management skills.

• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children.

• Knowledge of curriculum planning, children assessment, and progress tracking.

• Willing to learn and continuously develop professionally.
