Beauty Trainer Manager

Job Summary:

As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of the sales teams across all stores. You will work closely with brand principals and marketing to ensure our staff embody deep product expertise, excellent selling techniques, and a passion for beauty retail.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty industry trends, product innovations, and techniques.

2. Collaborate with brand principals to adapt global training materials for the local market.

3. Conduct training sessions for Beauty Advisor on various topics about Skincare, make-up, product knowledge to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service standards.

4. Develop training strategies and materials, including manuals / modules for skincare, makeup, and fragrance products, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

5. Set training program including the expenses budget based on marketing agenda

6. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide follow-up coaching to ensure knowledge application.

7. Prepare training reports, track KPIs, and suggest improvements based on performance data.

8. Participate in marketing, promotion program

9. Make regular visits to counter to support sales program and monitor BA performance

10. Help conduct market research, competitor activity and market trends to be discussed with the management.
    

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English oral and written is a must.

2. Have diploma or certification in cosmetology / skincare / beauty field will be an advantage.

3. Diploma degree or equivalent is required

4. Strong knowledge for skincare and makeup.

5. At least 3-5 years of experience working in the beauty industry.

6. Energetic and passion to teach and motivate people

7. Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions.

8. Expertise in Beauty Industry (extensive knowledge and experience of the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.)

9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

11. Strong organizational and planning skills.

12. Ability to evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback and coaching.

13. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
