Dewa Cafe is looking for a friendly and passionate Barista to join our Pre-opening team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and providing an outstanding cafe experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel.

• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and espresso-based beverages.

• Familiarity with coffee equipment and basic maintenance.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn.

• Good personal grooming and hygiene.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.

• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other bar equipment.

• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of inventory shortages.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Process customer orders and payments accurately when required.

• Assist with opening and closing duties.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
