HSE Officer (English/Mandarin speaker)

Job Responsibilities

1. Organize and conduct safety induction and awareness training for construction personnel.

2. Participate in on-site safety management and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.

3. Prepare and maintain safety-related documentation and reports.

4. Complete other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in English/Mandarin either spoken or written.

2. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or industrial project safety management.

4. Must possess valid safety certifications (such as AK3 Umum or related HSE certificates).

5. Good knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk assessment with strong communication and coordination skills.

6. Able to work under pressure and willing to be assigned to project sites.
