About the role
Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator (Paid Ads + SEO) to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Karawaci, Banten. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our digital presence and maximising our online visibility through strategic paid advertising campaigns and search engine optimisation initiatives. You will support the execution of integrated digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand awareness, drive patient engagement, and contribute to the overall business objectives of Siloam Hospitals Group.
Key responsibilities
Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms and other digital channels to drive qualified traffic and patient inquiries
Conduct keyword research and assist in developing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website rankings
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend
Optimise ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
Support the creation and implementation of content strategies aligned with SEO best practices and user search intent
Maintain and update keyword tracking tools and SEO monitoring systems to track performance and identify opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams including content, design and communications to ensure cohesive digital marketing execution
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarising campaign performance, insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm updates and platform changes relevant to paid ads and SEO
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns and SEO initiatives
Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and related digital marketing tools
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including on-page optimisation, technical SEO, link building and keyword research
Demonstrated experience in campaign management, performance tracking and data-driven decision making
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing automation or analytics platforms
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of the healthcare or hospital industry is advantageous
Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics or HubSpot are highly valued
