Requirement:
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Science field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing processes, including PCBA, Box Build, and Wire Harness.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, RCCA, 8D
Familiar with international standards, including AS9102, IPC, SPC, ASTM, and other relevant industry standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
Job Scope:
Review and implement process improvements to optimize production line balancing, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Review and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to support lean production activities.
Support in resolving technical issues during mass production and new product introduction (NPI).
Develop, review, and maintain clear and effective Work Instructions for production processes.
Conduct accurate cycle time studies and establish standard process times.
Collaborate with the Production team to resolve technical issues and support customer feedback, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
