Join Our Opening Team – A New Rum Bar in Bali

We're looking for passionate and energetic Waiters/Waitresses to join our opening team. If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, have a genuine passion for hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to welcome you aboard.

What We're Looking For

● A positive, outgoing, and eager-to-learn individual with a passion for hospitality.

● Able to work independently while being a reliable and collaborative team player.

● Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-paced service environment.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.

● Knowledge of rum, wines, and beverage pairing is a strong advantage.

● Experience operating POS systems such as Moka, Quinos, or Raptor is beneficial.

● Strong salesmanship and upselling skills are an advantage.

● Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, Russian, or Mandarin is a plus.

● Professional demeanor with a warm, attentive, and service-oriented attitude.

● Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable table service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

● Present food and beverage menus confidently, providing recommendations and pairing suggestions.

● Accurately take orders and process them using the restaurant's POS system.

● Upsell menu items, premium beverages, and signature offerings to enhance the guest experience.

● Coordinate closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure timely and accurate service.

● Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area at all times.

● Process guest payments accurately and efficiently when required.

● Handle guest requests and feedback professionally while contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
