Job description
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer (Site Supervisor) with proven experience in villa construction. The ideal candidate must understand how to build high-specification residential buildings with premium finishes and installations. This role requires strong knowledge of SNI standards, confidence on site, and the ability to produce reliable audits and reports.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical project management and scheduling
Quality and defect management (QC/QA)
Coordination of contractors and subcontractors
Inspection against applicable standards and safety regulations
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of site experience
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution processes
Good understanding of RAB, including:
Quantity take-off / volume calculation
Unit price analysis
Budgeting and cost control
Strong understanding of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation and implementation
Able to read, review, and monitor project time schedules, work progress, and construction timelines
Experience in preparing site reports, project documentation, and progress reporting
Ability to conduct basic structural analysis and problem-solving on site, including identifying construction issues and coordinating solutions with consultants/contractors
Familiarity with SAP
Experience in QC/QA and project management
AutoCAD, SketchUp
Basic knowledge of AI tools
Fluent English (spoken and written)
