Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research for the assigned country, including market size, customer segments, competitor pricing, channel strategies, and local industry trends. Identify priority cities, high-potential customer targets, and market entry opportunities.
Develop and manage relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, chain medical aesthetic groups, distributors, and local business partners. Build a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.
Drive strategic customer partnerships by designing pilot programs, coordinating medical education and marketing resources, and creating benchmark success cases that generate product adoption, repeat purchases, and customer referrals.
Develop and implement commercial partnership models, including distributor agreements, channel partnerships, institutional collaborations, academic activities, and joint marketing initiatives. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract execution, and payment collection.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, while collecting market feedback on products, training, registration, pricing, and promotional activities to continuously optimize market strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Business, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial Sales within the medical aesthetics, dermocosmetics, medical devices, healthcare, or international business sectors. Experience in Southeast Asian markets or established networks with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, or distributors is highly preferred.
Proven ability in customer acquisition, business negotiation, channel development, project management, and market analysis. Demonstrated success in building sales pipelines and developing business from 0 to 1 is required.
Strong understanding of overseas business environments and cultural practices. Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, highly self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned country or region.
Fluent English and Chinese is required as a working language. Proficiency in the local language and/or long-term working experience in the target market will be considered a strong advantage.
