What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls with energy and enthusiasm
- Build genuine connections with customers and teammates
- Meet and exceed call center performance benchmarks
- Hit productivity and quality targets
- Own customer needs — resolve issues on the first call
- Educate customers on client products and services
Qualifications
- High School / Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus (not required)
- Open to shifting schedules, including night shifts
- Willing to work on-site in SM City Dasmarinas or Robinson's Place
