The successful candidate will handle incoming calls, provide clear and straightforward explanations of our product offerings, troubleshoot customer concerns, and ensure every caller concludes the interaction with a positive impression.
What you'll handle each day:
Help customers with their questions in a friendly, professional way
Make product info easy to understand
Resolve issues quickly and without extra steps
Assist with account updates or service changes
Keep thorough call notes for reference
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
