Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily engineering and maintenance operations within the mall.
Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, escalators, and mechanical systems) are operating efficiently and safely.
Supervise and coordinate engineering staff, technicians, and external contractors.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all mall facilities and equipment.
Monitor building systems and respond promptly to operational issues or emergencies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Assist in preparing maintenance schedules, technical reports, and operational documentation.
Coordinate with tenants regarding technical requirements, maintenance issues, and facility-related support.
Support renovation projects, tenant fit-outs, and other engineering-related projects within the mall.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in building engineering, facility management, or mall/commercial property operations.
Strong knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Familiarity with safety regulations and preventive maintenance programs.
