Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to telco services.
- Assist customers with billing, technical, and account-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to team success.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (with or without BPO experience).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.
