Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist healthcare members with inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, provider information, and other healthcare services. Your goal is to provide accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
• Assist members with healthcare benefits, coverage, claims, billing, and eligibility concerns.
• Provide clear and accurate information about healthcare plans and services.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with internal departments when necessary to address member concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• College Graduate (with or without BPO/customer service experience) – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• College Undergraduate (completed at least 2 years of college) with at least 6 months of BPO or related customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule if required.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage but not required.
