Job Description :
- Communicate professionally with international customers through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Understand customers’ travel needs and provide suitable travel recommendations, destinations, and tour packages.
- Design customized travel itineraries based on customers’ preferences, budget, and travel objectives.
- Prepare quotations, travel proposals, and detailed itineraries.
- Assist customers throughout the booking process and provide accurate travel information.
- Coordinate with Tour Guides, Operations Teams, and external partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage travel arrangements and ensure all bookings and documentation are completed accurately.
- Provide ongoing support to customers before, during, and after their trips.
- Maintain customer records and update information.
- Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and tourism-related developments.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level or equivalent).
- Experience communicating with international customers, clients, or stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Travel Consulting, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel, tourism, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or international customer service industry.
- Additional foreign language skills (French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Familiarity with travel planning, itinerary development, and reservation systems.
- Experience working with international travelers from different cultural backgrounds.
