The Role
As our first Community & Brand Manager, you’ll be the human force that brings our brand to life. You’ll execute our brand voice across social media, events, partnerships, and member experiences — turning a venue into a community.
You will not be building strategy from scratch. We have a clear positioning, brand persona, and an 8-week launch content framework ready. Your job: execute it, refine it, and amplify it.
This is a first-step manager role with a defined growth path: Senior Brand & Community Manager (12–18 months) → Brand Director as we scale to multi-venue (24–36 months).
Key Responsibilities
Community Building & Engagement (35%)
• Build and nurture a core community of Padel Party members (target: 500+ active in Year 1)
• Develop community tiers: casual players → regular members → ambassadors
• Curate regular events: weekly clinics, social play nights, family fun days
• Position Adrian Martinez as a community hero, not just a coach
• Manage tiered WhatsApp/Telegram groups for retention and engagement
Social Media & Content (30%)
• Own day-to-day management of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Execute the 8-week Adrian Martinez content series (foundation is ready)
• Develop U12/U16 family program content storyline
• Coordinate photo and video production with in-house team and freelance vendors
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
Events & Activation (20%)
• Plan and execute monthly mini-tournaments, social plays, and family days
• Coordinate event logistics with the Operations team
• Develop partnership events with aligned brands (athleisure, family lifestyle, F&B)
• Support our annual flagship event
Member Acquisition & Partnerships (10%)
• Pre-launch outreach to running clubs, parent communities, and schools in Depok area
• Engage micro-influencers and community leaders in Depok-Cinere
• Support B2B corporate package activation
Member Insight & Feedback (5%)
• Run quarterly NPS surveys
• Gather community feedback for program improvement
• Deliver monthly community reports to the CEO
What Success Looks Like
By Month 3: Community groups active with 150+ members, 3K Instagram followers, 1.5K TikTok, 3–4 community events executed, Adrian Martinez content series running consistently.
By Month 6: 450+ members, 5%+ Instagram engagement, first flagship event executed, 1–2 brand partnerships secured, member NPS >8/10.
By Month 12: 500+ active community members, full U12/U16 program enrollment, 5+ corporate clients engaged, Padel Party recognized as the top-of-mind padel community in Depok area, 2+ case studies ready for marketing.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
• 2–4 years in community management, social media, brand activation, event coordina- tion, or lifestyle marketing
• End-to-end ownership of at least 3 community or brand projects
• Track record of organic social media growth (not just account administration)
Hard Skills:
• Social media execution across IG, TikTok, YouTube — content calendar, captions, hash- tags, scheduling
• Event planning and coordination
• Content production fundamentals: photography sensibility, video briefing, copywriting
• Tools: Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, basic CRM/email marketing
• Indonesian native; working English proficiency
Soft Skills & Mindset:
• Natural connector — authentic social energy, not transactional
• Storyteller — can narrate brand story with both emotion and data
• Cross-cultural fluency — comfortable working with our Spanish head coach and local Depok community
• Family-friendly perspective — relates to our 30–45 family persona (bonus if you’re a parent or active in family-oriented spaces)
• Resilient — community building is slow; you need 12 months of consistency to see real impact
• Growth mindset — open to learning from CEO and senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in hospitality, athleisure brand, premium fitness, or lifestyle F&B
• Active member of your own sport community (running, tennis, padel, golf, yoga, etc.)
• Resident of Depok, Cinere, or South Jakarta
• Existing network in Depok-area parent communities, schools, or running clubs
• B2B corporate event or partnership experience
• Familiarity with the padel/tennis/golf ecosystem
Work Environment:
• Brand-new premium venue with a young, enthusiastic team
• Flexible schedule (community work skews toward weekends and evenings)
• Located in Sawangan, Depok — accessible from South Jakarta, Cinere, Cibubur
• International exposure through our Spanish head coach and global padel community
