The Sr Manager, Global Order Services is responsible for leading the global order management function across Frontgrade, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of the order-to-cash process. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for customer order management, contract administration, cross-functional coordination to deliver exceptional customer experience while maintaining compliance with government regulations, export controls, and contractual requirements.
The position partners closely with Growth, Program Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Contracts to optimize order fulfillment, improve operational performance, and support business growth. The Sr Manager level also provides strategic leadership for global process standardization, digital transformation initiatives, and organizational capability development.
