We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
Understand customers' household needs and recommend suitable domestic helpers.
Explain the hiring process, MOM regulations and agency services to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth processing of helper applications.
Maintain good relationships with both new and existing customers.
Prepare quotations, invoices and necessary documentation.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide excellent before and after-sales service.
Keep accurate customer records in the company CRM system.
Requirements
Sales experience is preferred (employment agency experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
Self-motivated, responsible and target-driven.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email and CRM systems).
