Gardener & Pool Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Duties

* Water all plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the complex.

* Inspect plants for signs of disease, pests, or poor condition.

* Remove dry leaves, branches, and wilted flowers.

* Keep the entire complex clean, including pathways, parking areas, entrances, and all landscaped areas.

* Collect and dispose of leaves, garden waste, and other debris.

* Check the cleanliness of all swimming pools and remove leaves, insects, and other debris from the water surface.

Weekly Duties

* Perform a full cleaning of all swimming pools, including walls, floors, skimmers, and filter baskets.

* Inspect and clean pool equipment.

* Check and maintain pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, and other required parameters).

* Remove weeds from all landscaped areas.

* Trim shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants.

* Loosen the soil around plants when necessary.

* Sweep and clean all common areas throughout the complex.

Scheduled / As Needed

* Apply fertilizers according to the needs of each plant.

* Treat plants for pests and diseases.

* Replace dead plants and flowers.

* Add mulch, decorative bark, or decorative stones where needed.

* Prune and shape trees and shrubs.

* Plant new flowers and plants when required.

* Inspect the irrigation system and perform minor repairs when necessary.

Responsibilities

* Ensure the entire complex is always clean, well-maintained, and visually attractive.

* Ensure all plants remain healthy, properly watered, and receive the necessary care.

* Ensure all swimming pools are clean, safe, and ready for use at all times.

* Independently manage the schedule for watering, fertilizing, pruning, and all other plant care activities to maintain the highest standards throughout the complex.

* Immediately report any dead or damaged plants, irrigation system issues, pool equipment problems, or any other maintenance concerns to management.
