Job Description :
Comply with HSE standards to manage and minimize risks
Lead the whole Operation Team to execute delivery
Responsible to perform day-to-day delivery execution within agreed SLA & quality
Consistently implement disciplinary of the whole Operation Team
Anticipate and responsive for any changes of fluctuate orders
Lead the team in terms of problem solving
Conduct regular and intensive alignment with related workstream leaders
Ensure operation execution are well implemented
Ensure no unauthorized driver/rider are driving/riding vehicles
Conduct initiatives and give suggestions driven by comprehensive analysis
Team development
Responsible to allocate resource planning for Sortation Center new implementation
Requirements :
Bachelor degree from any major
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Transport, Logistics & Supply Chain field
Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skill and possess an excellent team leadership skill
Willing to travel across Indonesia
Placement located in Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan
