We are looking for Sales Support (contract-based) position to be responsible for commercial administration and operational integrity of client portfolio. This role ensures billing precision, contract governance, and internal stakeholder coordination. Supporting the Account Management team, Sales Support Intern will provide clean documentation and tracking required to maintain healthy, long-term commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Billing and Outstanding Management
- Monitor invoices issued and follow up on outstanding payments
- Send internal reminders to Account Managers on overdue accounts
- Liaise with Finance team to confirm payment status
- Maintain accurate and organized billing tracker
- Flag potential risks early if payments are delayed
2. Contract and Documentation Governance
- Maintain an updated tracker of all client arrangements (Service Agreement, special arrangements, etc.)
- Monitor contract expiry dates and flag SA renewals in advance
- Ensure documentation is properly stored and organized
- Understand each client’s commercial structure and arrangements
- Note: This role does not require leading negotiations, but must know when to escalate client issues.
3. Portfolio Coordination and BAU Discipline
- Track and follow up on recurring tasks across client portfolio
- Prepare agenda and support weekly internal account meetings
- Record meeting minutes and monitor follow-up actions
- Ensure commitments are documented and reviewed
- Maintain structured trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
4. Light Client Communication
- Handle basic client follow-ups when required
- Send reminders for required documents or confirmations
- Support scheduling and administrative coordination
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in account support, operations, HR coordination, or similar roles will be an advantage
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good and confident with their communication skills; intermediate to advanced written and verbal English skills (Mandarin is a plus)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders
