HR Executive Training & Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify organizational skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and manage training programs that enhance employee skills and support business objectives.
• Able to translate well English to Indonesian and vice versa during meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor training initiatives suited to specific team requirements.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, including logistics, materials, and facilitator arrangements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of learning by promoting development opportunities and encouraging employee participation in training programs.
• Assist in career development and succession planning efforts for high-potential employees.
• Manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing return on investment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualification:

• Proficient in English (Written and Speaking) 
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in HR with a focus on training and development. (master’s degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of learning methodologies and training delivery methods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective educational programs.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs.
