Sales Associate
Purpose: Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable shopping experience while achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients professionally.
- Present and explain jewelry collections and product features.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Process sales, payments, and client information accurately.
- Follow up with clients for after-sales service.
- Keep displays clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the showroom.
- Support inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
