Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents with at least 6 months of BPO experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service while meeting company performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, billing, and account-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
- Minimum of 6 months BPO/Call Center experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite, shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
