Operational Outsource Manager

We are looking for a Operational Outsource Manager to support our growth in Jakarta.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of security management, including security principles, protection of people, property, and assets, security/alarm/fire detection systems, emergency response procedures, and compliance with security and parking laws, regulations, legal responsibilities, and ethical standards.

• Understand parking management principles, including the planning, organization, operation, and efficient utilization of parking spaces and facilities.

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleanliness, tidiness, comfort standards, sanitation requirements, and industry-standard cleaning practices, particularly within shopping mall environments.

• Understand facility, equipment, and environmental management, including the maintenance of building facilities, housekeeping equipment and machinery, waste management, environmental regulations, sustainability policies, and occupational health and safety standards related to cleaning chemicals, equipment, and accident prevention.

• Demonstrate competency in departmental administration and resource management, including housekeeping budget planning and expenditure control, inventory and supply management for cleaning materials and equipment, as well as procurement processes, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in a relevant field

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in shopping malls or comparable commercial facilities.

• Strong personal attributes and interpersonal skills, including attention to detail, courage, patience, integrity, honesty, and the ability to build effective working relationships.

• Comprehensive knowledge ot cleaning techniques and cleaning chemicals, including their proper application and safety requirements.

• Proficient in computer operation, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
