Service Technician

PT. Konecranes Material Handling Indonesia is looking for Service Technician placement Pekanbaru or Pangkalan Kerinci (Contract Under Outsource).

Position summary:

You will do the service execution and on call duties from Crane Service and other assignments. The work we offer is varied and 2 days are never the same. You might be interested to learn that we are the original service provider for both Konecranes and Demag equipment.

Reporting to Service Manager & Field Supervisor. We recognize that people come from diverse backgrounds and skills and welcome all to apply.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Submit complete service report and recommendation to service team leader within two (2) days after job completed and report to supervisor after job completed done

2. Implement work safety regulations such as safety driving, working at heigh, job safety analysis, including 5-S are followed

3. To assist service team leader in field job execution and workshop activity

4. Perform service job following work instruction (technical guidance) in repair & service agreement and ensure getting approval from customer completely

5. Maintain and utilize service vehicle with fleet management system

6. Maintain tools, personal protective equipment & service vehicles 

7. To perform productivity and control expenses effectively

8. To attend service and safety training periodically

9. Any other duties as directed by superior

What we are looking for in you:

1. Diploma III Electrical or Vocational School in Electrical Engineering

2. Min. 3 years’ experience in related jobs

3. Knowledge of the above tasks and the associated risks when working at height. Proven commitment to safety.

4. Experience with overhead cranes and hoists is preferred, full product training will be given

5. Strong interpersonal skills as there is extensive customer contact

6. Willingness to work extra hours 

7. Excellent health condition

8. Preferably have driving license (SIM A)

9. Willing to work under outsourcing

10. Willing to be located in Pangkalan Kerinci or project assignment in around Indonesia
