Job Description:
Analyze monthly sales and member transaction data to understand customer purchase behavior, recruitment sources, and retention trends
Translate data insights into new or improved promotion ideas, ensuring strategies evolve rather than repeat the same approach every cycle
Prepare promotion plan and align with related divisions on the implementation
Build targeted customer segments and execute email/WhatsApp campaigns to communicate promotions effectively
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Brand, Store Operations, Finance, IT) to align promotion & activation planning and implementation
Prepare and present monthly performance reports
Job Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in CRM, data analysis, or retail/promotion analytics
Proficient in Excel and ability to use other supporting data analysis tools
Comfortable working with big data set
Experience with CRM and promotion communication is a plus
Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills
Confident to speak and write in English despite level of fluency
A curious, analytical mindset with willingness to learn new tools as our systems grow
