Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering)
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Solid knowledge and experiences in controlling and monitoring building materials (commercial office / luxury apartment / hotel)
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Database
Pro active attitude, good communication skills and attention to details
Responsibilities:
Study and analyze drawings, Technical Specification and Bill of Quantity
Produce Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity from drawings
Prepare detail analysis for budget calculation
Control and monitor all materials Supplied by Owner (SBO) starting from Purchase Order (PO) or contract until the end process
Delivery all material to project site until handling over to construction management (CM) project team
Do site visit for progress of works
