Packaging Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management

• Monitor the achievement of production targets according to the established production plan.

• Ensure production activities are carried out efficiently while complying with company standards.

• Prepare and execute production plans in accordance with approved production procedures.

• Continuously improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.

2. Food Safety Management System

• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management Systems, FSSC 2200, ISO 22000, BPOM and other related to food safety system management

• Maintain product quality and food safety throughout the packing process.

3. Product, Process, and Packaging Expertise

• Control and understand all production and packaging processes.

• Supervise routine and non-routine production activities.

4. Engineering & Maintenance

• Coordinate with the Engineering team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Ensure all packing equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime.

5. Leadership & Teamwork

• Monitor attendance, overtime, shift schedules, and workforce productivity.

• Prepare production reports through the HRIS or related reporting systems.

6. SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) Management

• Ensure all employees comply with SHE regulations and company safety policies.

• Conduct regular safety briefings and promote safety awareness.

Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering or Food Technology.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in the Dairy, Beverage, or Food Manufacturing industry.

3. Good command of English (spoken and written).

4. Knowledge of Food Safety standards including FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and related quality systems.

5. Knowledge of SCADA systems is an advantage.

6. Experience in Carton Pack aseptic filling systems is preferred (especially RTD Packaging).

7. Experience in UHT Processing is an advantage (Ready-to-Drink Process).
