This educational program provides a highly specialized and comprehensive learning scope regarding manufacturing quality assurance and product control frameworks within the Soap & Beading Plant, divided into two distinct training roles:Quality Inspector role: Learning Quality Field Inspection methods based on Risk Assessment and Mitigation plans directly on the factory floor | Practical study of continuous process conformance utilizing the PDCA Wheel methodology | Field practical learning of Genba Walk workflows to identify real-time plant process variances | Training on how to effectively communicate quality requirements and deviation reports to production teams.Quality Analyst role: Practical training in utilizing standard industrial Quality Tools, including the 7 Quality Tools within a laboratory environment | Understanding statistical sampling frameworks and studying Military Standard Sampling 105E (MIL-STD-105E) application | Exposure to lab inventory controls, chemical sample analysis, and database management | Assisting senior chemists during internal quality reviews and data audits.
