Marketing Intern (Magang Mandiri / PKL)

Location: Bali, Ubud (On-site)

Duration: 3 Months (Full-time)

Academic Support: We prioritize students seeking to convert this internship for Magang Mandiri, SKS, or PKL requirements. We will support the necessary paperwork and evaluations.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Role Summary 

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Intern to support our daily content and marketing operations. You will act as the operational engine for our marketing team, helping us execute campaigns for Impact Trips, Bali’s Best Deals, and Nomads Giving Back. If you are eager to learn how omnichannel marketing works - from filming Reels to updating Notion boards and assisting with newsletters - this is the perfect launchpad for your career. 

Key Responsibilities

1.Social Media & Content Creation

• Content Production: Act as an on-camera presence for social media (Reels/TikTok), while also helping script, film, and edit engaging community-focused content.

• Daily Posting Execution: Help manage the day-to-day posting schedule, ensuring content is formatted correctly and goes live consistently.

2. Omnichannel Marketing Support

• Multi-Channel Assistance: Support the execution of daily marketing tasks across Newsletters, Community Platforms (WhatsApp), and Web Listings.

• Asset Creation: Use tools like Canva to create basic graphics, flyers, and digital assets required for upcoming campaigns or partner promos.

• Ads Shadowing: Get the opportunity to learn the basics of performance marketing by shadowing the team as they monitor Meta and Google Ad campaigns.

3. Project Coordination & Daily Operations

• Task Management: Help maintain daily marketing task lists and content calendars in Notion, ensuring all team files and assets are highly organized.

• Administrative Support: Act as hands-on operational support, taking on daily marketing administrative tasks so campaigns launch without a hitch.

Who You Are & Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a university student seeking a formal internship (Magang Mandiri / PKL / SKS).

• Fluent & professional English proficiency is mandatory.

• The Creative Doer: Excited to get into the weeds of content creation and video editing. Happy to step in front of the camera when needed.

• Technical Tools: Skillful using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.

• Organized Learner: Ability to follow instructions, respect timelines, and eager to learn the mechanics of digital marketing.

• Based in Bali and available for in-person work full-time in Ubud.
