OverviewWe are looking for an exceptional communicator to join our team in a role that sits at the intersection of lead qualification, sales support, relationship management, and executive assistance. You will act as the first point of contact for many consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands entering our ecosystem.
Your primary focus will be to confidently engage with CPG founders, run structured qualification calls, gather and organize business data, and move high-potential prospects through our advisory and partnership funnel. This is not a hard-sales position; the focus is entirely on strategic relationship building, structural organization, qualification, and thoughtful follow-through to identify which businesses are the right fit for our advisory services, retail readiness support, offshore hiring, or broker introductions.
Timezone: EST
20 hours per week, 7 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Qualification & Discovery Calls

- Gather critical business data, including product category/differentiation, current sales channels, retail traction, pricing/margins, retail readiness, operational challenges, and growth goals.
- Take highly organized, comprehensive notes during calls and synthesize findings internally for leadership review.
- Identify strong-fit opportunities and accurately route them to the appropriate solutions.
- CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain pristine CRM records and tracking systems to keep internal databases clean and up to date.
- Track lead stages, follow-up timelines, and critical next steps across the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain standardized call notes, reporting frameworks, and performance systems.
- Sales & Advisory Support
- Support founders through the advisory funnel, service options presentation, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate clear and professional follow-up communications after strategic calls.
- Assist with proposal preparation, contract scheduling, and subsequent follow-up tasks.
- Route qualified brands toward brokers, marketing partners, operators, or strategic partners when relevant.
- Executive Assistance & Operations
- Support executive calendar coordination and meeting management workflows.
- Prepare daily or weekly meeting briefs and executive summaries for leadership review.
- Organize internal SOPs, scripts, messaging templates, and outreach materials.
- Proactively improve operational workflows, automation processes, and internal system scaling over time.
Required Skills & Experience
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with a comfortable phone presence when speaking to founders and senior operators.
- Experience: Background in sales support, SDR/BDR, executive assistance, customer success, recruitment coordination, or operations support.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong note-taking and data management skills with the capacity to think critically and adapt dynamically during conversations.
- Multi-Tasking: Confident managing multiple parallel conversations, data inputs, and follow-up timelines simultaneously.
