Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot application and container issues: Conduct in-depth investigations into complex application failures and container-level errors escalated by the L1 team.
Manage Kubernetes/OpenShift: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters, including node management, namespaces, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and ingress controllers.
Support deployment and CI/CD: Provide technical support during the application release process and ensure CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) workflows run smoothly.
Perform tuning and optimization: Optimize resource usage (resource requests/limits) in containers to improve cost efficiency and performance.
Fine-tune configurations: Adjust application parameters and container runtime configurations to minimize latency and maximize throughput.
Handle escalation and RCA: Act as an escalation point for complex issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or a relevant IT field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in application support and container orchestration, with deep technical proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes environments or equivalent experience in similar technologies.
Strong knowledge of container orchestration: In-depth understanding of Kubernetes/OpenShift architecture and microservices environments.
Advanced troubleshooting capability: Proven ability to diagnose issues within microservices and application platforms.
English Proficiency: Must be able to read technical documents (manuals) and write incident chronology reports in English.
Willing to work in 24/7 shifts or on an on-call basis to handle emergency incidents outside normal working hours.
This role requires acceptance of a contract-based employment status.
