RIGHT NOW, WE ARE HIRING: SERVER (WAITER / WAITRESS)

We are looking for a professional, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our Front of House team and deliver an exceptional fine dining experience to our guests.

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and ensure the floor area is ready according to restaurant SOP before service

• Welcome and provide professional service to guests in accordance with fine dining standards

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate properly with related departments

• Explain menu items, ingredients, and recommendations to guests when required

• Perform suggestive selling and upselling to support restaurant sales targets

• Serve food and beverages according to established service procedures and presentation standards

• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and according to SOP

• Assist Supervisor and Manager in achieving operational and sales targets

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned floor areas throughout service

• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction

• Perform closing procedures for the floor area according to SOP

Qualifications:

• Minimum Vocational High School diploma, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter / Waitress or similar position in a professional restaurant environment

• Experience in fine dining restaurant, steakhouse, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards

• Able to perform suggestive selling and upselling techniques

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to speak English (fluent English is preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent guest service

• Disciplined, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
