RIGHT NOW, WE ARE HIRING: SERVER (WAITER / WAITRESS)
We are looking for a professional, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our Front of House team and deliver an exceptional fine dining experience to our guests.
Job Descriptions:
Prepare and ensure the floor area is ready according to restaurant SOP before service
Welcome and provide professional service to guests in accordance with fine dining standards
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate properly with related departments
Explain menu items, ingredients, and recommendations to guests when required
Perform suggestive selling and upselling to support restaurant sales targets
Serve food and beverages according to established service procedures and presentation standards
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and according to SOP
Assist Supervisor and Manager in achieving operational and sales targets
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned floor areas throughout service
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
Perform closing procedures for the floor area according to SOP
Qualifications:
Minimum Vocational High School diploma, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter / Waitress or similar position in a professional restaurant environment
Experience in fine dining restaurant, steakhouse, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Able to perform suggestive selling and upselling techniques
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to speak English (fluent English is preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent guest service
Disciplined, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
