Spare Parts Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Manage spare parts inventory, purchasing, and stock replenishment.

• Handle import documentation and customs clearance for spare parts shipments.

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and customs requirements.

• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve import-related issues.

• Prepare and maintain import, inventory, and procurement records.

• Work closely with the Service, Warehouse, Sales, and Headquarters teams.

• Prepare periodic reports on inventory and import activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts, logistics, import/export, or supply chain.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required.

• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Indonesian import procedures, customs regulations, and import documentation.

• Experience in customs clearance and coordinating with freight forwarders is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Experience in the heavy equipment, automotive, or construction machinery industry is an advantage.

• Willing to work Monday through Saturday in accordance with the company's working schedule.

• Able to work independently and under pressure.
