Job Description
Manage spare parts inventory, purchasing, and stock replenishment.
Handle import documentation and customs clearance for spare parts shipments.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and customs requirements.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve import-related issues.
Prepare and maintain import, inventory, and procurement records.
Work closely with the Service, Warehouse, Sales, and Headquarters teams.
Prepare periodic reports on inventory and import activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts, logistics, import/export, or supply chain.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required.
Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Indonesian import procedures, customs regulations, and import documentation.
Experience in customs clearance and coordinating with freight forwarders is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience in the heavy equipment, automotive, or construction machinery industry is an advantage.
Willing to work Monday through Saturday in accordance with the company's working schedule.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
