The Career Support Associate is responsible for connecting qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities by coordinating interviews, facilitating candidate submissions, and supporting successful placements. This role works closely with job seekers and employers to ensure a smooth recruitment process, maintain accurate records, and provide timely communication throughout the hiring journey.
Responsibilities:
- Review candidate profiles and evaluate qualifications against open job opportunities.
- Assist job seekers in completing their profiles, preparing for interviews, and understanding hiring requirements.
- Clearly communicate application processes, role expectations, and employer requirements to candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Facilitate timely candidate endorsements and submissions to employers.
- Support high-volume recruitment and placement activities to increase successful candidate matches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across recruitment platforms and internal systems.
- Monitor candidate outreach, application progress, interview outcomes, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards, service levels, and turnaround times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- At least 4 years of experience in contact center operations, customer support, or high-volume inbound and outbound calling environments.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment operations, or a similar talent acquisition support role.
- Strong call-handling and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently manage candidate interactions, follow-ups, and challenging conversations.
- Proven ability to lead conversations effectively, gather required information, and drive timely resolutions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in high-volume recruitment settings with demanding timelines and performance targets.
