We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to be assigned in a fine dining/luxury buffet. This position comes with service charge, free meals, and tips.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Handle cash, card payments, and other payment methods with precision and attention to detail
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests during checkout and payment transactions
- Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve payment-related issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and maintain confidentiality of guest information
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and financial protocols
