📍 Mantascape Diving | Nusa Lembongan, Bali

Mantascape Diving is a friendly and professional dive center located on the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan. We welcome divers and travelers from around the world and are passionate about creating memorable experiences both in and out of the water.

We are currently looking for a motivated and outgoing Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, island-based position and would suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in shaping their experience with Mantascape Diving. From answering inquiries and assisting with bookings to helping guests feel welcome and informed, you will be at the heart of our daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in procedures

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Providing information about diving trips and courses to walk-in customers

• Managing walk-in bookings, reservations, and guest enquiries

• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

• Promoting and selling diving activities, courses, and retail products

• Coordinating with instructors, guides, and boat staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, confident, and naturally enjoys interacting with people

• Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with international guests

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently when needed

• Positive, adaptable, and able to remain calm during busy periods

• Excited about island life and willing to relocate to Nusa Lembongan

Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or reception work is an advantage, but personality, attitude, and willingness to learn are equally important.
