Requirements
?? Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Communication (Beauty Retail preferred)
?? Strong knowledge of Social Media, KOL/Influencer Marketing & Event Management
?? Creative, strategic, and results-driven
?? Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
?? Passionate about beauty trends and consumer engagement
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing communication strategies
* Lead Social Media, KOL, and Event teams
* Plan and manage marketing campaigns & brand activations
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels
* Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
