QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate — with or without experience
Completed at least 2 years of college with 6 months of customer service-related experience
Above-average English communication skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
Provide accurate information and effective solutions
Document customer interactions and update records
Resolve concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience
Coordinate with internal teams when needed
