equirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial or Civil Engineering, Public Health.
Have experience min 3 years for same title and also have certificate of safety / K3 Expert
Proven experience in construction projects, manufacturing environments, or chemical industries will be a strong advantage.
Have certificate for AK3 Umum (Kemnaker RI) / Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) – for officer/supervisor level.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Job Description:
Knowledge and understanding of HIRADC / JSA / Risk Assessment (RA)
Occupational accident and incident investigation.
Conducting safety induction and toolbox meetings & performing internal HSE audits
Managing Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Handling and management of hazardous and toxic waste (B3 Waste)
Ability to develop and maintain HSE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Preparation of incident reports and monthly HSE reports
Development of safety plans and emergency response plan.
Strong communication skills with a firm and assertive approach, especially in site operations
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
Highly disciplined, detail-oiented, and well-organized
Ability to work under pressure
Courage and authority to stop unsafe acts or unsafe conditions
