Qualifications
- College graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- OR completed at least 2 years of college with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Voice or non-voice BPO experience accepted
- Local or international BPO experience accepted
- Good to above-average English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance in a professional manner
- Handle customer requests through voice or other assigned communication channels
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
