- Maintaining a professional appearance and representing Mutya Publishing House Inc positively to customers

- Reliable communication skills and the ability to work effectively with warehouse staff and customers
- Operating and maintaining company vehicles in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
- Transporting products from the warehouse to delivery destinations safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading cargo
- Planning optimal delivery routes to maximise efficiency and minimise fuel consumption
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Communicating with warehouse supervisors and customers
- Ensuring compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations and company protocols at all times
