  • Develop and manage sales activities across Central Java (Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Solo)

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Promote Classic Fine Foods’ product portfolio through customer visits, presentations, tastings, and product recommendations.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and follow up on opportunities until closing.

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and accurate sales reporting.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any relevant field.

  • Sales experience in the premium HoReCa industry or previous professional experience as a chef.

  • Strong product and market knowledge of fine food products.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills to engage chefs, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.

  • Good understanding of the Central Java market and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communicative, proactive, agile, adaptable, well-organized, and results-oriented.

  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • Comfortable working remotely in a structured and organized manner.

  • Valid driving license, either SIM A or SIM C.

  • Versatile and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
