Job Requirements:
- College Graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience (voice, non-voice, local, or international).
- OR Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months of BPO experience (voice, non-voice, local, or international).
- Above-average English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent comprehension and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Assist customers with healthcare-related concerns, account inquiries, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data privacy regulations.
