Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in accounting, finance, financial control or commercial finance
- CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification (desirable)
- Postgraduate qualification in finance, business administration or leadership (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience leading a finance team responsible for day-to-day compliance, transactional accounting and reporting activities
- Strong technical accounting, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliation, audit, tax and statutory compliance capability
- Ability to prepare strategic financial reports, management commentary and recommendations for CFO and executive decision making
- Advanced Excel, financial analysis, forecasting, cash flow reporting and business partnering skills
- Experience with ERP systems, workflow automation, reporting tools and finance process improvement
- Experience working in a multi-entity, project-based or operationally complex business environment
- Strong presentation, written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
